Easyiest way to do it is do a burn out and if you only have 1 tire mark you dont have lsd, if you have 2 tiremarks you have lsd.

or instead of wasting your tires you could just look in the FAQ!

PS: You do have an LSD...

The stock system is already a cold air intake

LSDs within this car, and most cars today, are trim level items. You have a GXL, look up what a GXL means in terms of trim level, its in the FAQ and in the Stickie thread " What did the FC come with/ Options & standard features"

an aftermarket cold air intake probably has to be custom made, although I have seen a website that sold like an aluminum intake pipe for the N/A cars (can't remember where). it should add some horsepower and intake noise.

easyest way to check for a LSD. jack the rear of the car up, spin the tires. if they both go the same way LSD, of they go in different directions youve got teh crappy differential.

VinSpeed makes the only one in production (cold air intake).

I can make a cold air intake for you if you're interested, but the truth is if you do some simple searching you can build it yourself fairly easily. Just thought I'd offer if you don't want to try it yourself, or don't have the tools/experience to do so

GXL came with LSD stock, also could look on the differential fill plug to see if it has the LSD tag, that's a definite tipoff

SO why when I do a burnout with my s4 convertible does it leave a 2 marks and when jacked up wheels pin opposite directions? I've looked on the FAQ's and verts didnt come with lsd. The only explanation i can come up with is that the torque is high enough. Also leaves 2 marks every time never has left one!

I think I did a phone order last time I bought from Mariah. They're open 8-5pm PST and 2pm on Saturdays.
