Clutch wont completely dissengage

just a brief history
I put a new lightweight flywheel and act clutch in my car. the car wouldnt shift from neutral and would lunge when i started the car in gear. I have had this problem before on my na. Which was solved by some grinding. But on the turbo flywheel there is nothing for the clutch to top out on. Well after pulling the tranny out and looking at the clutch and comming up with nothing that could be binding. Well i then bought a brand new tokico master and slave. It solved the problem. (the car would shift but not smoothly) or so i thought. today i had made some adjustments to the car and i reved it up with the clutch all the way in and the car moved forward when it hit 6k. I was like wtf. i did it again. sure enough the clutch was slightly grabbing and moving the car slightly. I have since bleed the system numerous times.

so far i have
bought a brand new master and slave
adjusted the clutch piston all the way out.
Bled the system
and ordered a new ss clutch line.

I also noticed that when i push the clutch in the slave cylinder its self moves. not just the piston.
the bolts are tight. and the clutch is the act extreme HD clutch .. I dont know what to do. The only thing i can think of is maybe the rubber clutch line cant handle it. so thats why i ordered one .. and some more bleeding. any ideas??
