check your transmission fluid level for starts

does your clutch pedal ever stay stuck to the floor after you let off?

get someone who knows manual trans to checkout how your car is driving when its cold

Sounds like the clutch isn't fully engaging. Mine did this once, when the master cylinder failed. Are you leaking any fluid?

sounds like the master cylinder is failing. check both master and slave for leaks.
