Clutch problems

Ok heres the problem I start my car wait for AWS for finish put down on the clutch and when I move it to the side I try to move it back to go into reverse and for the life of me its one of the hardest things in the ****** world, it just will not go into reverse, sometimes it will if I turn off my car and start it again but usually it wont, Ill have to turn my car off put it in reverse than start it, its also hard to put it in first but not as hard every other gear is fine, I have a 1990 GTU (5 speed) do I need a new clutch or what?

Well now I cant even get into 1st or 2nd or any gear for that matter, and when I try pushing it into a gear theres a humming noise, only way I can get it into gear is by turning the car off the putting it into reverse than starting it again, is this tranny or clutch problem?

I've got a problem like this with a brand new clutch. Damn thing will NOT go into first gear while running unless I put some extreme force behind it. Though it goes into every other gear (including reverse) just fine.
