clutch problem, searched...
So yesterday, I was driving home and all of a suuden my clutch pedal felt a little loose and I couldn't put 3rd in. So I just cruised it to a parking lot to try and figure it out. I thought about it and my throwout bearinf has been sounding scratchy, I think it's the bearing, you can hear it with the pedal out and when you put the pedal in it'll go away.
So now it's really hard to put gears in, like I have to synchronize them myself. they all go in fine at a stop but while moving I have to sync 'em myself. and I can hear a squeling noise now.
So my question is, is this my throwout bearing or could it be something else? Thanks in advance.

Pilot bearing. You have your symptoms reversed. If its your throw out bearing it will make sound with the pedal depressed. A bad pilot will make sound without the pedal depressed, and will make it difficult to shift.

just came from that myself.. turns out my clutch slave/master cylinder was leaking... bought a new one and now she's fine... even though it was only a slow leak I just went ahead and change it out.

The problem either comes down to the clutch hydraulics or something with the clutch itself.
A friend will help tremedously here...
Actuate the clutch pedal (engine OFF), and have your friend (or vice versa) see if they can watch the clutch fork / clutch slave cylinder.
If the clutch slave cylinder is working to full travel, it's not the clutch hydraulics.
If it's something with the clutch itself, this gets messy.
You'll need to access the clutch, and this means separating the transmission and engine - no way around it.
Inspect the clutch fork, clutch fork pivot ball, throw-out bearing, pilot bearing, and clutch (both clutch disc and pressure plate) itself.
Something is surely wrong with one of those components.
My money is on the pilot bearing.
The symptoms sound like the pilot bearing is falling apart.
