I hate to say this after you've done all that work, but I had what appeared to be a slipping clutch twice. The first time it was the slave cylinder, and the second time it was the master cylinder. The pedal always had a firm feel to it. It never had that little/no pressure feel, but something was causing the fluid not to return as quickly as it should, and it held the clutch semi-engaged for several seconds after shifting. After changing each piece, there problem never returned. I hope your problem is something else, after removing the transmission.

The slave cylinder is the part that bolts on the tranny with two bolts and engages the clutch.

Change ALL of the hydraulic system, while you're at it. The master cyl, the slave cyl, and the flexible line. It'll cost under $100 for all three. You've gone this far, so change everything, including the pressure plate, clutch disc, and clutch release bearing.

I am having the same prob. in my car,
Is there any way to tell where the malfunction is?
Like any signs to show that it is a bad slave cyl.? or master cyl.
It has plenty of press. on the pedal and it has like twice gone to the normal engaging point and stuck for like a sec..
please help me.

Not really. There are no external signs when they fail internally. I'd just change all three pieces - master, slave, and hose.

I'd start with the hose.

The hose lining can separate & block return flow.
This can happen with brake hoses also.
