Clogged Cat, AFR's?

Could a clogged or going bad cat yield richer AFR's? I just noticed in low boost (3-8psi) my AFR's dropped quite a bit. high 10's-11's. Used to be 11-12's. I have not changed squat.
thanks

Can you see any smoke from the turbo on high power gear changes?

(Clogged cat? - You need one of these.)
