Cleaning;

--I have access to a friends, and I quote, "it a nice *** steam vac"

So, I am going to clean my interior and then dye it black in a about a month when the weather is a lot nicer. I have not seen the steam cleaner yet, but because he said vac I would assume it isn't a spray steam cleaner that I could clean my engine bay with, unless someone knows something I don't.

Anyways, any comments or experiences and or thoughts towards this idea are indeed welcome. I will be using dupli-color vinyl and fabric dye, as it works VERY well.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Yeah, the steam vac he's talking about is probably the standard portable carpet only steam-vaccum. The other would be a "hot washer", pressure-washer with a furnace unit that superheats the water before upping the psi.
Hopefully It will be something like this

If you do dye the carpet take lots of pictures. I would like to see a step by step write up. Good luck .
