molding the bumper and fenders takes some time. I have done this on a few cars and the best way ive found, is to drill lots of small holes in both the fender and the bumper on both sides of the seam then fiberglass over both the inner and outer sides. this kind of stiches the two together (prevents cracking).

So you molded them together while they were off the car and then dropped them on? I'm easily confused...lol.
That technique really sounds interesting. I'm in the process of making a custom bumper and it may be pretty helpful to do my fiberglassing that way.

the intercooler core has almost 1/3 more volume than stock, it is bar and plate, it will be mounted in the front (not heat soaked on top) and i will have water injection.

What water injection system are you going to be running? Also how do you think the lighting will work through the FTPs? Since the slot is kind of small or did you enlarge them?
