OR check engine code double check

Good evening everyone!
Hey so I finally read how to check codes (easy as pie). I think I know what they are, but can someone with some more experience double check them for me?
I have a 91 fc3c
I think the codes read as:
30, 1, 30, 3 and repeat. Eventually my washer fluid went on the fritz too, not sure if that means anything? (no smart *** about checking the washer fluids lol)
I wasn't sure if maybe I am reading the codes wrong and it's actually read as:
31, 33?

Thanks in advance!

I read a #31 (relief solenoid) and a #33 (port air solenoid). Both are emissions related and should not affect the operation of the engine. If the plug to the solenoid is unplugged or a poor connection or the solenoid was removed then that would cause an error code to be displayed.

I have been getting random fuel cuts. Completely random, all rpm's, different conditions, speeds, temperature, drive times. Would the next most likely thing be the crank angle sensor then? Or connection to it?
I just looked up the price through autozone, almost 400 bones... ouch

The CAS is unlikely unless the connection was poor but the sensor rarely fails. You could have a grounding issue, fuel supply issue, TPS issue. And have you always had this issue or did it occur just recently?

Oh it's been on going for a couple months now. I replaced the tps twice, adjusted it. Just replaced the thermo sensor, cleaned up ECU ground. I will check the CAS and connection when the baby takes a nap tomorrow afternoon. Anything else I should look at while I am poking around?

Have you tried just unplugging the TPS altogether? You might also have a clogged fuel filter or possibly bad injector connections or possibly a fuel pump which has seen better days. Can you free rev your car w/o any hesitations? And lastly, how many miles on the odometer?

car has 136k on it. I picked it up with 133k. Changes plugs, oil filter, air filter. I can rev up with no problems unless I get that fuel random fuel cut. I haven't replaced the fuel filter yet.
