chassis shakes

so i have an 88 t2 all stock (wheels are torqued lol) so when im crusing on the highway at 60, the whole chassis shakes, but its like a pulsing shake it, it will start to build- peak- then die off and do it again. i thought it might be like an engine mount or something but usually if its that bad it shakes all the time. my buddy said its my wheel bearings!?, what do you guys think it might be?

If you say you're hearing growling noises, then most likely it is your bearings. They could be shot due to lack of service, replacement, or a number of other things. Mazdatrix has relpacement bearings available, as well as the seals. It could be expensive, but well worth it if that is the problem.

MD Drive shaft out of balance ?

Check the drive shaft to see if it threw a balance weight or picked up some debris that is sticking to it.
