Changing US --> Canadian Speedometer

Looking at an NA FC that has a US speedometer. I live in Canada. Is it possable to change this without adjust any settings on the car at all? Like just throwing a new "KM" background on instead of one with "miles"?
I know they both have KM and Miles on them already but it's such a pain and just doesn't feal right..

Thanks

Swap in a canadian speedo. Easy as a couple of philips head screws. What series do you need?

FYI, The guages are identical, but the scale on the faces are just reversed as to which is on the outside.
