The nut to the right you do with the window up, this ones easy. Then the left nut is harder with the window down, its really hard to get on it but its the only way to do it. When the nuts are off, the door handle if I can remember has to be opened to get the hooks out. Have fun you'll need it. I nearly forgot, I like nuts.

just found this in a search because my handle broke today, lol.
So, to remove the door panel you'll need a phillips head screwdriver and something to remove the clip behind the window crank (manual windows), I used a flathead screwdriver...like McGuyver would have (okay, he would have used a match or a condom or something...besides the point). Theres 3 screws under the armrest, remove em. One screw in the door pull, remove it. One in the top right, and one in the bottom left of the doorpanel itself...yep, remove em. Then go around pulling gently on the panel and it should separate from the door. Lift up to remove it from the window track.
Raise the window to get to the nut (10mm) behind the outside door ****, this is for the one furthest from the key. To get the other one out, there is an access hole in the skin of the door, covered with rubber. Pry the rubber boot out (flathead) and straight in should be the other nut...remove it. Unsnap the lock rod and the release mechanism rod and remove the handle.
To get the lock to your new (new used!) handle, pry the clip off the old handle and reuse on the new handle after seating the lock mechanism into the new handle.
Do the reverse for install.
Pretty easy.
