Question changed the heater hose and now the engine light is on

i changed my heater hose today and when i started the car the engine light came on. i think its a code 11 but i am not sure its one short flash and then one long flash wait 3 sec and the same thing agian. what is a code 11 i use to have a link to the website but i can't find it my friend said he thinks it has something to do with the intake temp sensor but i don't see how changing the heater hose (on the driver side) would case this kind of problem. the car still runs good (becides the fucked up tranny) anyhelp would be apreacitated

edit: its a 1990 n/a vert if this helps

The intake temp sensor is located very close to the heater hose connecton on the firewall. I broke my intake temp sensor when I pulled off my heater hose, and had to get a new one. No big worry, it will just cause you to run rich b/c the ECU thinks that the intake air is cold and will compensate with added fuel delivery. Check that first.

it's a two prong connector, sits on the drivers side of the intake manifold, almost all the way back by the firewall, right near the oil filter..

Very easy to break one of those prongs.
