my passenger side muffler looks like its bent, it hangs lower than the other one. are mufflers like *****, one always hangs lower than the other? or is something fucked up? or is it nothing to worry about other than it looks bad?

 

nothing to really worry about... check your hangers, one might be gone... if not, you could get a tighter hanger for the low side

 

As long as there isn't a crack or hole in the muffler, it might just be the hangers.
