Cars and trees dont mix.

Really bad wind storm today. Some gusts must have been up in the 50mph range. Havent seen anything like this since the last hurricane. Anywho, I had my car painted a month ago and of corse a branch fell on it after I spent the money and had the body work and repaint.

Good thing it only hit the spoiler. Paint chip about an inch wide. But dammit! now I have to pay to have it reprayed!!

This kind of crap always seems to happen happen. An angle even foreshadowed it to me.

Yeah, i had that wind too!, it blew down a branch, broke glass on this housee, glass made it to the sholder of street, i swerved to miss other down branches, and put a hole in my daily driver's drivers side rear, oh well, i got it pluged, that glass was huge, sucker was almost inch long sliver

The angle is what tells you that something is going wrong. Its in your mind. Like, yesterday when I left work I had the thought of a tree hitting my car. Well, it happened.

The angle just relayed the truth as a dream. Sort of like Deja-voo.

How big was this angle? 30°? 60°? It wasn't the dreaded 90° angle, was it?!

It is possible that your home owners or renter's policy just might cover the damage. There would be specific coverage language relating to "acts of God" type damage. If auto insurance does not cover or high deductable check the other policies if you have one.

Yeah, Jodoolin is right, my insurance covers acts of god, a tree feel a few years ago on our van and they fixed it

"Acts of god" thats comprehensive insurance which I do not have. I really should have it but oh well...

Anyways, Im getting the spoiler repainted within the next few days and its only costing 50 bux.
