is this car worth it

ok,well the guy qants 1900 for it...but im saying no because:
base model
body looks like crap(nothings lined up)
thares no dash harness(its makes it so its not street legal..so its not worth it)
its a S4
milage unknown
and whats left of the interior is total crap
he's selling it in new england,so thares likely to be body rot,,and it will snow out soon..i think he thinks its worth a ton cuz of the roll cage

someone help me,im saying its worth 1500 at MOST

Payments?

Why would anyone want to do payments for someone they don't know? Go to a bank if thats what you have to do. If they take it, they're a moron.

Whats wrong with a base model s4?

Have you seen it in person?

Judging off pictures is hard, I did once and I got fucked !

Save up until you can pay cash all at once.

Dood NEVER buy a used sports car unless u have at least $1,000 more in teh bank than teh price of teh car. Otherwise ur gonna spend all ur money and then something is gonna break and you will have no money AND no ride. What u gonna do when u need a $500 clutch job or $500 worth of new tires? Used cars are sold 4 a reason and it sucks to find out that reason teh hard way. If u cant afford teh car then just save ur money until you can. Dont be dum.

Yeah, don't rush into a car.
Keep looking around for one, and eventually you will find a good one.
As for payments... just get an auto loan for the full kbb value of the car. That way you will have money for the car and the things it needs. depends on what bank/cu/etc you go to for this though, some only will give you exactly what your going to pay for the car, some are a bit more leinant.
After looking around I found my car and took out a loan for the portion i needed to pay for it.
