Car stumbles while in boost until 4k RPM

Alright, pretty simple problem. Any time Im in boost, before 4k RPM, the car will hesitate, stumble, backfire somes, just plain wont go fast. The minute the car makes it to about 4K, it smooths out and pulls to redline. My two guesses are boost sensor and TPS. Any ideas?

Wouldnt I have problems all over the board if it were a primary injector issue?

Check and reset your TPS and get new fuel-injector grommets/o-rings.

What is your S-Afc set at below 4K rpm? You might have it setup way too rich. from what I have seen with our wideband tuning, most cars need to be in the negative up to around 3k.

Its set at zero all across the board. My suspicion was that the boost sensor wasnt sensing load, therefore the secondarys weren't coming online early enough. But when the predetermined 3800 or so RPM occured, they switched on, which caused the car to smooth back out...

Or it could be the narrow range portion of the TPS, you should be able to confirm it's operation via the voltage readout on the S-afc.
