Ok, so before when i smogged it the max HC read in the 200's so i didnt pass. The only thing different how is that i have a hks bov instead of the turbo xs and i did s TID mod. So i go on the sniffer and my Hc jumped to 900... i have no idea why. Maybe i didnt warm the cats enough since i was in traffic this time instead of having an open lane to mash on it on the way to the test center?
Any ideas how out lean my car out?

91 coupe w/ s5 jspec
40k miles on engine, 120k on chasis
3" CS downpipe
Bonex High Flow Cat (used for less than 50 miles)
Stock Catback
HKS intake w/ TID mod
KNN Filter on the AirPump



should i just throw in the Alcohol???
