car is hesitating like hell now

Well all of the sudden my car started hesitating alot. Like it revs really slow now but I am making boost alot easier. Its like there is alot more load on the car for some reason. All I did was rewire my boost controller and change headlights Like if I floor it, its slower. If I put like half throttle, its goes faster. Any ideas?

That sounds like what mine does sometimes. I was suspecting the Twin scroll actuator. I havent had a chance to pull the turbo off and look at whats going on though.

You using a mechanical/manual boost controller or an electric? Also, what did you rewire, the vac lines, or the electric lines powering your EBC (if you have such)?

I have the greddy profec b. We rewired the power and ground because we had them to the illumination wires or something in the radio and when I turned the headlights on it would turn off. It works now and everything. Its kinda like I am driving with a parachute on my car or something. There is more load(and more boost) but it doesn't go anywhere.

Undo your work, and see if it goes away.

I dunno my man.. my car did that and it was the AFM slapin' around. Try setting it up right, i dont knwo, its worth a ****. i agree with White FC, sounds like you have a fuel managment problem, could possibly be the twin scrool sticking as mentioined above, ie not getting enough boost for the fuel. who knows.
