well im looking at another rx7 fs but the car has been sitting for a year . the guy said he brought of a guy that had it sitting for seven years . he said he started it one and it stalled out and just shut off.... and it woulndt start again . so wat do i look for on it if i need to clean out fuel system is there a write up on it? and besides unflooding the engine wat else can i check besides plugs too ...it has 77k miles on it , se model 88 . let me know guy i think this is the one.
drain the gas and refill it. it would be a good idea to replace the spark plugs, fuel filter and oil filter. maybe pour some oil into the rotor housings and turn the engine over by hand a few times. what happens when you try and start it? try push starting it maybe
check for any hoses unhooked, make sure the maf is connected and no pins have backed out, hopefully non of the apex seals are frozen. my buddy just bought a 7 that had been sitting for a long time and had one working apex seal on the front rotor, the rest were frozen. get some sea foam too

put about 1/3 pf a can into your brake booster vaccum line, and let the neighbor hood fill up with smoke. we put some in the front housing sparkplug holes and let it sit to try to free up the seals, it didnt work for us.
