MAke sure you have spark, and fuel is coming out of the fuel pump, once you know that you have both; try the unflood procedure.

It won't if there's no spark or if the fuel pump is not working.

I know but man its worth a try most people flood out their cars and then ask how to do the unflooding procedure and find the most complicated way to do it...you can either do
-the long way- the unflood procedure using atf
-the half way- unflood procedure w/o atf
-the short way- pulling the 40 and 30 amp fuse under your hood and cranking your car for 10 seconds while holding the gas pedal replace fuses and off you go
-the other way - if you can get to it just simply disconnect your fuel pump start your car and let it die that means all the fuel is gone or
- you can always push your car 10 feet pop the clutch in second gear watch all the smoke come out your car from the unburned gas and go

now if your car isnt making that lump lump lump sound when its trying to start then your totally flooded and you need to do the long way but if you just barely flooded it just push start it or take out the fuses....
