Your ports look like they are seized open so there is tension on the piston and the black linkage on the actuator rod and this is probally causing it to jam. You need to try to wiggle it off.

The only other problem could be that corrosion has caused the holes and studs to seize. For this you would need to spray with lots of WD-40 type product and try to tap it loose.

GOOD LUCK getting that phillips screw out after you get the vacuum/pressure solenoid off. I had to grind the heads off with a dremel because the cheap *** screw heads strip out.

They aren't seized open, its an s4, and I can move them, so thats not the problem. So I do have to take the two screws off as well?

Dude,,just Tap the Bell shaped outside diaphragm.IF you have got the Two Ten mm Nuts off, there is nothing but the Old gasket holding it on.Once it gets a little Loose, wriggle it back and forth ..It may be stuck on that little Hinged part Of the pin too,so Just make sure that is OK,and it should just come off...

Yeah. I was think S5. Removing the screws depends on what you are planning to do after you get them off.
