because a 60-1 compressor wheel is just marginally larger than an h3 wheel

At this point I believe the hot side of the turbo will start to become a large restriction

That turbo is made very poorly as RETed as said. Really you get what you pay for. I think that a BNR would take care of all your needs.

I too have fallen for the garrett ss autochrome full T04b and 50 mm wastegate.....looks good to me so far. pulled 12's with their front T04b 60-1 compressor b4, now I want the external wastegate and full .96 backside to go with it.
We'll see soon how bad it really is.

PS...who has had one of these wastegate lock up b4, seems like it's such a simple device.
Not gonna blow the engine if u set a/f right(stupid rich)

I had one of their exhausts, i liked the way it was constructed and i beielve it was worth the money i paid. It was just way too loud with a DP and no cats/resonators so i ditched it for an RB TB unit.

Yes, it's a simple device...if you take out the heat factor out of it.
You need to learn more how these things fail.
They normal seize closed, so you can imagine what this does to your boost...

I have a BNR stage 3 and that is pelnty of power for any real streetable car. Or at least it is for my level of tuning I am sure there is plenty of higher HP RX7s that are streetable but for my budget and skill level of tuning the stage 3 from BNR is pelnty.
