Some people will say yes, but I wouldn't. There are ways to repair the problem, but these are not exactly rare parts.

Is there a thread where you have hashed your lighting system? If not make one, cause I've got some questions on it.

I got a customer that has a similar problem.
Any encroachment of the water jacket into the water seal groove is a no-no in my book.
I recommended to my customer that he replace the housings - which he did.

Are there any epoxies (JB Weld or JB Marine etc.) that might work here?

God no...don't JB Weld it. Mt front side housing did the exact same thing and I have one on the way (used and in great condition) to me for $105 shipped. Just get a new one...you'll be sorry later of you don't.

Ok its for a s5 turbo motor... It was like that when I took the motor apart for the second time, yesterday, I had rebuilt it like 4 or 5 months ago but I guess I pinched one of the seals on the rear rotor and coolant kept leaking into the chamber (rear rotor)... I rebuilt it like 4 or 5 months ago and put no miles on the car... Anyways I guess I try to find one...

no way,..

and if it was sitting for 5 months the atifreeze probably settled out of the water and the water ate it,.. or you didnt have antifreeze in it in the first place...

np antifreeze, no water either... I found it weird since all the water would be in the rear rotor. Also the front had 120 compression and the rear had 60.. so I imagine that the rear was leaking a **** load of compression... I remember that I would crank the car for like 2 secs and the coolant would be pressurized already. but yea imma replace that...

Thanks,
MArtin
