Every since it got the car when i would turn on the blower for heat/ac i would hear it click like there was a bad contact in the blower speed slider. If i wiggled it the clicking would start again. anyway today i must have pissed off my rx7 becouse it was damn cold today and my 7 decided it wasn't going to make me feel warm and cozy inside while driving to work. Heres how it happeded. slide the adjust to max faster than usual. motor came on and then stayed off. Then i tried to move it an i would ony get a responce from the blower if i held it really hard towards max. if i let got she would stop. No nothing every held at max. Can it be fixed or is it toast?

 

Sounds like a bad slider or bad control board in the Logicon.

I have DIY ones if you want to replace it yourself or I can sell you an already rebuilt Logicon or rebuild yours for you all available on my webstore/site

hey ice, any way to jump some wires in the climate conrol harness to get the blower to turn on? Just want to make sure it is my climate control and not the blower itself that went.
