cage/roll bar

make sure it's SCCA or N.A.S.A approved ( really the only reason to get a cage is to compete in the events they host) otherwise it's not very good way to spend your money especially if it's your DD.
Check the race section for cages and where they got them made or where they were ordered from. I don't know why yu haven't searched, there is a HUGE thread dedicated JUST to roll cages.

no need for apologies, just go look for the thread so you can get more info. You'll have a hard time with the earlier images but you can PM the people who posted.
Now, if you DO install it in a DD then either wear a helmut ( @ helmut!!) at all times or get some really good padding so you don't kill yourself.

ooooooooooh convertible!that's a different story and a little tougher but still doable.
now don't bother with most roll bars (if you can find any) because they are really STYLE bars that will not protect you if the top is down (the top in the up/locked position WILL save you).
I think KIRK racing makes rollbars for verts so look into those but you might need to contact them or MAzdatrix (see below)
as far as a bar for racing a vert it would need to look like this to be race legal in the E/P class( I don't know if MAZDATRIX has more bars or not, you'd have to check their site or call them):

BTW it is an incredible feat to roll an FC. You'd have to be going really, really fast or driving really really recklessly or have incredibly bad luck. It's better to be safe than sorry though, especially in a vert. As far as it being on the west coast I don't know. You'd be better off searching for shops that specialize in safety equipment and it wouldn't hurt to make sure it's race legal (in case you ever want to go autocrossing)so you're not turned away and possibly forced to buy another bar to compete.

well its also me street car not a DD but still a street car is there any roll bars that just have a bar that comes rite behind your head and has a brase bar that crosses the roll bar about where your neck is

sounds like a custom thing. I've never seen them like that for the vert. As I said earlier, the bars that barely go above the headrests will not protect you at all in a rollover situation (your belts can only hold you so tightly but you WILL be seriously injured) and you'll be wasting money on a bar that just looks good.
Give kirk racing a call and see if they can build you a rollabar (not style bar) that meets the requirements you mentioned.

Autopower makes one for the 'vert. All you need to do to roll it is to get sideways and hit a curb, or a ditch, or some loose soil. There's plenty of pictures of rolled Miatas out there, that's about the same in terms of difficult to roll.

Lets have an English lesson:
Rite = right
brase=brace
Having said that, you need to decide what the cage you want installed in your car is intended to do. Want to autocross? Want to drag? There are different sanctioning bodies..
If you just want a cage because it looks REALLY COOL, then you dont need an FC, you need a bicycle.

If you want a cage, try:

cagedruss on the forum here is the owner (I think), and the pictures of his work look great, and he's in Oregon too. Cages and bars for the street are overkill, but if you're going to the track a bar at least is a good idea.

Again, if you're looking for Style bars then you're not going to find any. We've done the best we can by providing with links and info. If you still want a style bar then great, it's your funeral, try not to mess up up the 7 too bad so we can get some parts out of it. If you want a real rollbar then start calling/e-mailing the companies posted by all of us.
