bushing help asap

hello all, I have just had new rear wheel Barings put in and when the spindle was put in one of the bushings was damaged. I do not know what it is call so what bushing kit I should buy I need it ASAP it is a large one about a half dollar. so if you can help let me know thank you

ps sorry if this post went up twice but had pc shut down ?

look up DTSS toe eliminator bushings on www.mazdatrix.com
By the way,Have fun.the Old bushing 'race" is a real bitch to get out of the hub assembly.

thank, just got the part 14050 at mazdatrix $48 + 2 day air, thank you so much. was told I would have to get the a spindle from mazda $400 can not get just the bushing ???

Correct, Mazda does not sell the DTSS bushing. I have heard on good authority it is because Mazda believes that only they are qualified to install them correctly. The bushing is specially calibrated to deflect at the proper rate for the DTSS to function. Installed incorrectly could result in some rather interesting rear toe issues...Though I wish they did sell it, as I just went through the same thing.

I know it sucks, the friend that did all the work (new clutch wheel bearings) only hit me for 280.00 so ????? I hope it is nice without dtss

In most cases, modern tires make DTSS a detriment instead of an advantage. Or so I have been told.
