I was having that classic problem where the power window only has 1 - 2 inches of travel. I pulled the panel and removed the regulator, only to find that the wheel that fits in the guide attached to the regulator has shattered into several pieces.

Is it possible to buy this little plastic wheel separately and replace it? Aside from a few cracked plastic bits the rest of the regulator appears functional. I don't want to replace the whole thing if I can help it.

If there's a name and / or a part number for the wheel, that would also be quite helpful.

I dont have a vert but this worked on my FC. I would use silicon based grease on the rail though because oil based grease will destroy the plastic ***** eventually.

Thanks for the link! It looks like the vert uses a completely different regulator, but once I get off work I'll take a look at the one I have and compare it to the pictures to see if there might be some common parts!

(I think it's funny that the regulator sprocket for the coupe is an MPV part number. When I replaced the kicker for the fuel filler door a while back, I noticed the same thing: it's a part from the MPV. Of all the Mazda vehicles I'd expect them to reuse parts from for the RX-7, that's not one of them )
