I can see that you have contacted your engine rebuilder and an attorney. You have to be one of the stupidest automotive technicians working in the industry today. Wankel- 0 miles on that block, if its rebuilt, its going to be a BITCH to start, dont fret it. Get a truck to pull your *** and pop the clutch in second gear about 12 times (no exaderation) until she runs. Zero miles=zero compression unless you used new rotor housings. No sweat man, just keep on it, stay away from ATF, if you want to use anything to bump compression use 2 stroke oil. Get your injectors clean, and buy about twelve spark plugs and rotate them out while beating the hell out of it. You'll see what I mean.

Oh yeah and put some Friggin coolant in there you cheap bastard. Once you get it to run I PROMISE you it won't want to stay that way, and if it doesnt run for a long time, it probably wont start back up with out some help. In other words, if you get it running, jack the idle up to about 2-2200 or whatever it'll hold at, and let it "idle" high for about an hr or so. You WANT coolant (remember 50/50 split with water) in there for this time.

Pour gasoline in your ear, cause with a match placed properly, your brain might fire up, and then have some compression we can actually talk about.
