Breaks engage whenever the engine revs up.

Yes i know it sounds stupid, but it happens. When i rev the engine, the car slows down like the breaks are being pressed, when i let it down rev the car stops slowing down.

If i drive around above 3K rpm for more then a few moments, the break pedal barely moves when i try to stop. What i mean is, i barely press the breaks and the breaks nearly lockup. If i let it down rev for a few moments, it goes away.

Anyone ever heard of this?? I'm going to blead the breaks and check the break boost this weekend and see if i spot anything obvious.

sounds exactally like a leaking brake booster vaccum line, replace it and the problem should go away

could also be a tear in the diaphragm inside the booster.

you could only test it with a vacuum pump. it could just be worn out.

start by checking the vacuum line as suggested though.
