Take a look at them..... if they are 4 piston calipers, you'll see two impressions in the caliper frame where the brake pads are held.

My 1990 Mazda brochure says :

"BRAKES:

Power-Assisted, with dual hydraulic circuits 10.9 inch ventilated front discs and 10.3 inch solid rear discs (GTU)

10.9 ventilated front discs with four-piston aluminum calipers and 10.7 inch ventilated rear discs (GXL, Turbo, Conv)"

So, NO, you have single caliper.

What about a 91 N/A? Since it is the GXL and GTU combined. Single or Four?

Jack the car up.
Remove front wheel.
Look at caliper.
Single piston calipers will be failry small with only one circular impression in center of the casing.
Four piston calipers are MUCH bigger with four circular impressions( 2 on the inside and 2 on the outside).
