howdy...

my brakes (5 lug 1 piston) are trashed. dead. destroyed.

calipers, rotors, all dead.

i want to put 4 pots on. (89 gtu)... can i do this? is it a swap-in?
can i just order the 4 pot calipers (turbo calipers) and bolt em on?

im clueless

you will need the 4pot calipers and the hard lines connected to them. the rotors will be the same. bolt up the calipers and lines and you're good to go.

 

sweet thanks, im going to replace everything at once because its all shot, calipers/lines/rotors...

 

don't forget pads

maybe go with ss lines too, as they aren't all the spendy.

Out of curiosity, how did you manage to destroy your entire braking system?

i got my car in the WORST condition... it was so bad, i got it for FREE!

blown engine, all calipers seized (i broke em free and am driving dangerously, one of the caliper pistons FELL OUT when i took the pad out, i threaded it back in)

i have no internal wiring except the gauge cluster.

body is a-ok no rust etc etc

blue car, red door

the list goes on, but im $5500 into it, and i love it more every day
