BOVs...

Anyone that isnt stock have a stock bov? I am looking for one for another car that I and my boyfriend drive... His stock bov on the RX Subaru sucks.

If anyone has one..how much would you sell it for shipping.. or whatever?

Thanks!

You can check www.thepartstrader.com for stuff like that if you don't have any luck on here.

I presume you mean WRX? What do you mean by it "sucks"? It'll still be better than the stock FC BOV, and the mounting is totally different. Unless it leaks because of high boost, there's really no need to replace it unless you want the noise of an open vented one.

where it says christirally*JPG and where it says christincar and zakncar thats the car im talking about.. it is an 89 RX... AWD turbo. The stock BOV on that thing isnt as good as the aftermarket one or one on another car. Just like the IC..we got one off of a Iszu(sp?)

Anyway, turbotwista, thanks I'll give you an email shortly.

Oh, one of those! Sorry, my bad. So what sucks about the BOV? I still don’t think the FC one will be any better.

BTW, nice hood scoop...

The stock TII BOV is pretty shitty. The best stock BOV of any car is probably the 1g DSM one. THe Saab Bosch ones weren't that bad either I don't think. A TII one isnt worth the time or shipping cost's.
