Are you sure all the hose clamps are on tight? Have you tried adjusting the spring tension on the BOV? Have a vac line running from the BOV to a vac source?

Is it leaking out the release of the BOV? even with a VAC leak car will run and even if you unhook the hoses from the IC the car will idle.

yeah, the BAC hose doesn't have clamps on it, when i installed my BOV the damn thing would keep coming off and the car would die at idle, use clamps on the damn thing

the BAC hose goes into the hard pipe, i can't see an inlet for it on your pipe from that angle though, but is there one on the other side of your pipe?

i just re-read one of your posts, you said you blocked off a hole behind the hard pipe, that should probably lead to the BAC, i don't have any pics of it but maybe someone else does if you don't know where it is

Yep! There is a BAC pipe that should come from the intake to the BAC. I bet he just left it off, so its causing a big intake leak..
