Exclamation boost solenoid

Quick question that I don't understand, maybe a guru can help...

After installing my electronic boost controller, do I remove the stock boost solenoid (on the filler neck), and cap the lines? Or will this screw my ecu when it doesn't read it and I should just leave it hooked up?

Thanks

I just went through all of this. as I understand it you leave the solonoid on, but just cap the lines where you took them off.

ok i ran the lines like the pics in that thread, and took out the stock boost solenoid (S5 by the way)

seems to run fine and everything... is this safe? im not driving the car right now anyway, just let it run a bit...

also, i noticed if i give a little throttle, and let off, it 'pauses' for a second before the rpms go down...

any help would be great thanks
