the MBC goes on the hose on the turbo that goes to the wastegate actuator cut it and put the moost controller there it will reduce boost creep. the FPR goes on the line returning from the secondary line to the fuel filter.
the fuel pressure regulator goes to a vaccuum source. its behind the throttle body on the intake manifold. ( dont **** this up )
the nipple right on the turbo outlet ( its tiny) goes into the boost controller and out from the boost controller it goes to the waste gate.

well it is a stock turbo but it is new set me back quiet aways and where is that small outlet on the turbo also a vacuum on the back of the upper mani as in where cause there are three nipples on the back and three on the front the front three i am not using their all capped off at the moment and what fuel line would i cut to place the FPR in
as far as the MBC man i think im going to need a pic or a very good description of what to hook to what cause it has the actual controller and then it has like this small thing that has an arrow on it and im wondering if i actually need it or not

not to be a dick but i don't think you should install these parts if you don't understand how they work. especially with the boost controller...if it isn't adjusted properly the first time you lay the hammer down...bye bye motor.
plus it sounds like you just got cheapy ebay stuff :[

take a pic of your set up. and i'll put arrows telling you whats what for this.
or
you might be better of going to a shop for this. could be cheaper in the end after you break the motor. 50 bucks for an install vs. $?000 rebuild over a rookie mistake.
