bolt by DTSS bushing, what size?

What size socket do I need to remove the bolt right by the DTSS bushing? and 32mm for the axle bolt correct?

I think they're 19mm or 21mm. Leaning towards 21mm, though. Same size as a lug nut.

They turned out to be 21mm, Can anyone confirm the 32mm size bolt for the axle?
