Apex seals? Idle will go to crap and sound like a 350 with a big cam. Lots of power loss, o-60 time will be in the 11s or so.

you mean Apex seals??? Well if you take the motor out and turn the flywheel by hand you should feel a little bit of difficultly turning it. If it turns freely and easily then time for a tear down
