well you can bolt anything on your car you want... but you won't be able to bolt it on to your air intake. The whole use of a BOV (blow off valve) is to decrease pressure build up in the air intake after the turbo compresses it and the flaps in your Throttle Body close. so since you do not have a turbo the short answer is NO you cannot use a BOV on your car.

y would you wanna put a BOV on a non turbo car? A BOV isn't just a to make noise it actually serves a function, kinda surprised someone would wanna put something on their car w/o knowing what it actually does?

Yes, but many people put a BOV on their car without knowing what it does. Just look at all the people running the stock ECU who have a BOV, not knowing that the stock ECU is supposed to have a bypass valve to work properly.

Well, there are some peope who know what a BOV does, but don't care because they like the noise it makes, lol. Unfortunately, it doesn't make any noise on an NA engine.
