Question blow off install?

Hello to all Rotor Heads, I recently bought a HKS super blow off valve on E-Bay from JapAndy, and I was wondering why it has two hoses instead of the normal one hose? It is the kit, one hose comes out the side the other from the back and T together. Should I just tie it to vacume hose out of manifold? Also since this will vent now, will I have any hesitations, running rich E.T.C.? any help will be appreciated.87 tII hks fcon ,dp, mp ,intake, upgraded turbo.
