ok so i have a big problem with my power steering
when i turn on the car everything is fine but after a few minutes of driving around it wheel gets stiffer and hard to turn but as soon as i turn the car off and back on the steering go back to normal what could it be

Are you sure its not just your speed sensitive steering working? Like, after those few minutes, are you driving above 35-40mph, or is it under any condition?

Maybe a bad power steering pump ? Im just guessing...only other thing I can think of is you have a leak on the powersteering rack causing it not to work properly...but if that was the case the level of your powersteering fluid would be low.
The beeping indicates a fault in the ps system. Download the 87 FSM, link is in my sig line. Section 10B covers troubleshooting and repair of the ps system. Section 15, page 87-90 covers trouble shooting and diagnosis of the ps computer and what fault the beep code indicates.
While the previous guesses may have some merit, that's all they are is guesses. A logical step by step diagnostic approach is the best course of action, otherwise you can end up throwing new parts, time and money at the problem until it's 'accidentally' fixed.
