Big Brake Kit

Hi guys/gals, just wanted to see how many people would be interested in a big brake kit for their FC. Rotora is possibly developing a 4 and 6 piston big brake kit for the FC depending on feedback. Let me know if anyone is interested.

You can find out more about Rotora on their website.
http://www.rotora.com

thanks,
mike

why??? the stock 4 piston brakes with good pads are better than 95% of drivers will every come close to using.

Maybe if the ones they making were a little lighter, but even then... cost wise it wouldn't be effective.

No kidding, if they developed a 6pt caliper set, the rotors would be atleast 13" in diameter. I'll agree with jgrts20, 4 pistons are enough for even the craziest autocross driver.

Depending on what the Rotora big brake kit will consist of, I may purchase it.

I've got my eyes set on the Endless big brake kit right now.

god! somthing must be wrong with my brakes if you are going 165 and go into a brake zone with no problems.
i can put the brake pedal to the floor at any given time, its takes a little effort to put it down, but not that much.
so at black hawk farms, i found myself out picking daisies way past the end of turn 7... Im not running a racing pad (but it is a 'high performance' rotex pad), i do have motul fluid in, but other 7's there are running lesser pads and fluid and are having no problems.

i would be interested in replacing and upgrading my system. But I know how to do it and can do it myself, so it better be a good price.

Hell, my generic pads from autozone do well enough, though I've got hawks on the way for my tII

Yes, there is something way wrong with your brakes if you can go pedal to the floor. It sounds like you don't have any brake booster at all.

motorgroove, if u give more info, id be interested in buying. id like a 6 pot brake system, used to want slotted rotors, but heard the brake pads were out real fast, cause it basically cuts the layer off the pad, which would be good if the pads glazed up. so im goin with cross drilled now. and they gotta be big rotors, ha. for the wheels im gettin, i need bigger brakes to show off. i got the 4 pot brakes on my gxl, but u can always go bigger and better
