best way to build a motor to run off

Ok im interesting in getting a motor. im thinking of ways to get the most power out of it. i am thinking of internals and housings not sure what to go with. no full bridge and it has to be able to use the stock ecu and s4 intake mani. it has to remain n/a. i want to know if you had to build the ultimate motor what would you use that would be able to keep this setup? here is the rotor weight and compression chart thanks to mazdatrix http://www.mazdatrix.com/faq/rotorwgt.htm
