Best turbo timer and boost controller

I need a good boost controller and turbo timer. I was looking on ebay and they have a blitz dual turbo timer with a boost controller and turbo timer in one but I don't know about it because its really cheap just like $80 and a boost controller and turbo timer sperate are like $100 each.

Honestly, which ever turbo timer you think looks best get. They all work exactly the same so meh. As for the boost controller look at each one does and what you want. Personally a MBC is good enough for me.

I reccomend a manual boost controller also. Preferably one you can use inside the car.

You can use any boost controller any where. Its just how you install it, but Im sure you already knew that.

apexi AVCR.

turbotimer: the cheaper the better... ie free.

just don't boost your car 3 or 4 blocks away from your destination.

wait 20 seconds when u park... ie put up the windsheild sun deflector and remove face plate on your stereo while idling... and that is alreayd 20+ secs.

done.

The bliz TT is good in that it'll show you peak boost.
Probably the only TT worth the extra money, anything else is rice. I remember being in a car with the turbo timer singing alittle tune.

AVC-R is probably the best controller, in that it'll let you regulate boost acording to RPM (?). In my exa i had a makeshift two stage controller hooked up to the shifter. Low boost in first gear and higher settings in second gear. Might get alittle lag but saves time from wheelspinning. Right now my 7 is running a profec-a which isn't supposed to spike, but it's spiking to outragous amounts.

Just get the little Apex'i TT, which is also the least expensive -I think- and you're done.

As for boost controller, in the FC a manual boost controller works just fine. Just get a very good boost gauge, and set it up exactly like you want it. Getting a A-VCR is only when you want to have different boost levels, according to RPM, load or gear.....

For a simple boost controller get a Greddy PRofec B, works great and is VERY simple to use. That AVC-R is way too much **** to deal with.
