"Racing Beat Header: $187.00 Racing Beat Presilencer: $198.00
Corksport Catback: $289.00 Bonez Intake: $119.95
Hitman FI NOS KIT /w 10lb Bottle: $498.24 Jacobs Ignition: $179.00
Doesn't seem too expensive ;o.

All this stuff is great and all but if you need anymore convincing just check out the 2nd gen dyno and time slip section. You can get all the info you need their. Most modded NA's are dropping down 160-180 rwhp and 120-140 ftlbs of torque. Be carefull not to tear up to much pavement with that monster.

Oh wow, how did I miss the fact that it's a convertible! You should be the last one to council others on starting with a better platform if they want a faster car - your conversion equipment and stock frame reinforcement HAS to add about 300-400 lbs to the weight of the car. Let's ask YOU then - why did YOU spend the extra money to modify a convertible, when you could spend less money on a hardtop TII to make it go faster? Especially since while we NA owners would have to pay MORE for a TII, you could have sold your convertible, bought a hardtop TII, and had quite a bit of EXTRA money for modifications. Enquiring minds want to know.
