Observe, say two weeks, post Installation the clarity of the newly Installed lines. Chances are that ALL your Oil Injectors may not be working.

After I Installed new MOP Lines I found that 3 of my 4 OI's were no good...after blocking off the system I went premix and had been the same since - even after my TII conversion.

You could buy some. Or you could make them yourself in about 30 mins. I spent $27 for 6' of 1/8th ID Teflon SS braided line.

The lines found on the s5 are the same In appearance as with the s4's...they are fabricated lines to suit. Also, the MOP wasn't changed to a different location.

Where can I find the correct banjo fittings to make my own?

I contacted scalliwag a couple weeks ago and he said he was waiting for banjo fittings so he could make more. This leads me to believe they are hard to find.

I dont know what "correct" banjo fittings he is waiting for, but I used the ones that came with the car. Now I'll go back to my corner and ponder why someone would give someone else money to make these lines. Like I said, mine cost me $27 and about half an hour, ok, 45 mins.

Is it possible to reuse the old ones or did you buy new factory ones? They just crimp onto the line right?

I did get new copper crush washers from Oriellys. Yes, I used a crimping tool to crimp my clamps. I dont see any problem using the original banjo fittings. Im sure the fittings are not the most prone component to leak oil in the oil system.

I took about 3 days to find them, well really from when I got off of work to about, 3:30pm to about 5pm since most hydraulic shops close at about 5. After about the 7th shop, a guy came out with some 1/8th" ID Teflon SS braided line. He had about 30" of it. Name of the palce is South Houston Hydraulics. Like I said about $27 for 6'. I'm seriously think about going back over there and picking up the last 24' of it. Possibly distributing it to my fellow rotory enthusiast. That could take me at least a couple of days though. In the mean time, try not to blow a fuse and be extremely patient. I know someone must have some of this line in LA.

This is why ppl pay companies to make them, because the proper parts are hard to find. Making the lines is easy, but I'm having trouble finding the right stuff.

I looked on Summit's site for 1/8" ID hose and couldn't find any. Everything there is AN. I'm not sure what size would be best, and stainless lines aren't that cheap so I don't really want to buy a few sizes just to test them. If you can get the rest of the line from that shop, I'd buy the appropriate length from you.

Also, those clamps you used look new. Did you get those from the same shop?

Yep, those were the smallest clamps they had, and should be acquired much easier. I tried everywhere on the net too and couldnt find any. It takes less than 6' to make the lines. I will definitly try my best to go get the rest of than line.

I used the parts from my old lines to make the new ones. I didn't use SS, just rubber lines. There is no pressure or volumn in those lines so just make sure that the line you choose is not sensitive to high temps.
