Bee*R rev limiter installation for s4 TII

I have it wired in correctly on an s4 TII. Works terrible.
Cut the wire for rotary, didn't work.
Soldered that back together and cut the wire for the 4banger. works better, I can control the redline and how hard it hits, but it limits my control on the two step. I can't get it to start any lower that like 4k iirc, and it will only hold the rpm's there for a couple seconds before it jumps past it.
The only thing its good for is flat foot shifting/drifting.
My advice is sell it, and get a good standalone with 2 step.
I had the theory why it doesn't work, but I can't remember now, and I'm too tired to think about it lol.

I'm trying to do this on my friends' na S4. I checked the factory wiring diagram and it seems to be the same as far as the relevant CAS wires are concerned. Needless to say I can't get it to work. The LED goes on intermittently, but doesn't limit anything. I haven't installed the white 2nd stage wire yet.
This writeup doesn't seem to jive with the pin outs you splice into for the S5. It looks like both the green and yellow wires go to the CAS in Bee R's S5 pin out (3G & 3E).
According to this writeup Red power and Black ground come from the EM-03 connector on the B/W and B wires respectively; fair enough. The Green and Yellow wires go to the F-31 connector on the G and L/Y wires respectively. The thing is while the G wire connects to the CAS the L/Y wire connects to the coil pack. Is this right?
Any Ideas???

with a quick glance between the S4 and S5 schematics, i would try splitting the green wire coming off of the bee*r limiter and connecting it to both 1Q and 1T on the S4 harness.
with the S5 you would just connect it to the single 3E, where as the S4 appears to have two seperate wires opposed to the S5's.

Im wanting to install this on my S5 NA just for sh*ts and giggles. But so far all I see are problems. Has anyone successfully installed a Bee*r rev limiter on an S5 na??? If so a wiring diagram or write up would be nice. Thanks in advance.

To update, i finally installed mine today with some help from Black Knight, to wire it in correctly on an S5 NA/Turbo, wire the colors accordingly;
Red - 1B
Black - 3C
Green - 3E
Yellow - 1G
also, cut the Rotary wire, works great!

ok, so i attempted this, and now when i turn the key to the on position one of my relays starts clicking. it is the one mounted on the front of the car. the haynes manual shows 5 relays there. My car has 1 missing. I believe the relay that is clicking is the headlight relay.
The way I wired this up is, by removing the harness connector from the ECU. The way I did it was by looking at the connector as if it is still connected to the ecu, so the wires are coming out the back. I then used the diagram and cut the wire that needed to be connected to the Bee*R. This was also done with the wires facing out back and the connector facing the ECU.
Did I do this correctly? I have it wired up exactly according to the diagram, however the light on the Bee*R unit does not turn on with the key in the on position, and the headlight relay starts clicking like mad.
Thanks for any input guys.
Ricky

just installed mine on my s5 n/a and the only thing is the light comes on but it goes bright when i hit the gas. had the yellow wire going to 3G and it didnt work when i cut the gray wire or brown wire. also didnt work with both cut at the same time. saw one guy say do put the yellow to 1G and cut the brown wire. so i did that and it still doesnt work. the light flickers from dim to bright randomly and i tried to cut the gray wire with this setup and it didnt work. so if anyone can help me out ASAP i'd appreciate it
