Welcome to the world of modded rotaries, bwahahahaha!
Get used to it. Rotaries blow a lot of unused thermal and acoustic energy right out the tailpipe. It's one of the reasons why broke kids or cult rotards are the only people who like them.

Something seems wrong here. I have pretty much the exact same mods and I get about 21mpg (hw). Was your driving city stop and go? or 20mins on a highway?
Ah, just read you have an S4, that means you have the smaller gas tank. Even so, it seems it's using too much, IMO.

Looks as though you got about 11.6 gallons of gas.
If you get about 14 MPG and averaged 487 MPH for the 20 minutes you drove, when you get home, no gas!
Either someone siphoned the gas out of your car, you have a major leak, you got ripped off at the gas station, or the car isn't out of gas - another problem.
