spark plug installation

I'm not sure which way to go. Torque wrench or turn 1/2 to 3/4 after seating? I'm hearing multiply responses from guys at autozone, that's why I'm asking you guys instead. and if i do use a torque wrench... about how many pounds do I torque it? Thanks, Sodara

X2 with Iceblue..and also, you could brush a touch of Antiseieze on the Plug threads..So you won't have any problems gettin them out when it comes time for a Plug change (Scheduled maintenance)
